Emotional Origami: Unfold Your Potential

Every journey of self-discovery starts within. It’s about embracing who you are, recognizing your unique strengths, and living your truth. Traditional talk therapy often focuses on managing your past—understanding it, adjusting to it, and sometimes just coping with old hurts.

It releases you from what’s been holding you back so you can go after your dreams, no matter their size. Imagine life as an origami piece—you’re not just folding to fit into old patterns; you’re reshaping yourself to fly.

RTT® doesn’t just help you understand your story; it empowers you to rewrite it, creating a life that’s not just pretty but truly yours.  If you’re ready to unfold your potential, remember that the power to change is already in you. RTT® is there to guide you, helping you transform your life with freedom, confidence, and a fresh perspective.

The Process

The RTT® Process works on a simple premise: Our thoughts drive our actions, our actions drive our outcomes. When we take control of our thoughts, we can take control our outcomes.

Our thoughts are the beliefs and ideas we hold about ourselves, others, and the world around us. While some thoughts are positive, many of us find ourselves stuck in negative, looping patterns. In fact, more than 84% of people experience this at some point in their lives.

RTT® empowers you to take control of your thoughts, giving you the freedom to reframe and reshape any recurring painful or sad thoughts. It helps you break free from destructive patterns, allowing you to think in ways that support your well-being and personal growth.
Our actions are deeply rooted in the beliefs held within our subconscious mind, which drives 95% of what we do each day. These actions can either support or hinder us, impacting every aspect of our lives. Positive or negative, our actions reflect the stories we tell ourselves.

To change the way we act and respond, we must first change the beliefs that fuel those actions. RTT® helps rewire these subconscious patterns, allowing us to make choices that align with the life we truly want.
The outcomes we experience are the direct results of our thoughts and actions. These outcomes can be positive or negative, depending on the quality of our inner dialogue and behaviors. When our thoughts and actions align with our goals and values, we set the stage for positive outcomes in our lives.

Simply put, our thoughts drive our actions, and our actions determine our outcomes. By becoming more aware of our thought patterns and choosing actions that support our aspirations, we can create the results we truly desire.

Our thoughts are the ideas and beliefs we hold in our mind about ourselves, others, and the world around us. Sometimes our thoughts are positive, but sometimes we get stuck in destructive looping thought patterns, more than 84% of people will encounter this in their life time. RTT® will give you the freedom to decide how you think about things, and reframe any painful or sad thoughts that recur for you.

Our actions and behaviours are entirely based on the thoughts and beliefs held in our subconscious mind. In fact 95% of our actions are driven by the subconscious mind every day. Our actions can be positive or negative, helpful or harmful, and can have a significant impact on the outcomes we experience.  We cannot change our actions and behaviours until we change our beliefs.

The outcomes we experience are the results of our thoughts and actions. These outcomes can be positive or negative, depending on the quality of our thoughts and actions. When our thoughts and actions are aligned with our goals and values, we are more likely to experience positive outcomes in our lives.

A Most Effective Type Of Therapy

The Power of Hypnotherapy in Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) While RTT® incorporates various therapeutic techniques, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and regression therapy, the key driver of change in RTT® is hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, allowing for profound shifts in thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions. During hypnosis, the mind enters a deeply relaxed state, becoming more open to new suggestions and ideas.

When it comes to achieving meaningful change, research consistently shows that hypnotherapy is one of the most effective therapies available. Studies have demonstrated its success in treating a wide range of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and chronic pain, as well as in helping people quit smoking, lose weight, and improve sleep.

Hypnotherapy’s effectiveness lies in its ability to bypass the conscious mind and access the subconscious, where our core beliefs and behaviors are stored. By reaching these deep-seated patterns, hypnotherapy facilitates powerful, lasting change, helping you transform from within.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it feel like?

The experience feels different for different people. Don’t expect to feel ‘hypnotised’. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

No! That’s an old tale. You are in control the whole time. We will have a normal conversation. You can agree and disagree during the whole session, you control everything. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave to go to the bathroom. If it is a remote session and our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice anymore and open your eyes.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is just a natural state of relaxation, like before falling asleep. It is like daydreaming and you may or may not notice going deeper into that natural state when it is suggested to you. We think we have never done it before although we do it every day. Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works just by getting into the different brainwave state that is the same as when you’re in REM-state. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

How long does a session take?

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask you to block 2.5 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.

What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go; that’s not important at all. Forget about measuring your depth of trance—it doesn’t impact the results. What truly matters is that you relax and trust that this process will work. Let go of any questions like “Am I deep enough?” and simply stay open and ready for change, allowing yourself to feel the certainty that it’s effective.

What if I think I already know the reason behind my issue?

What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning you attached to an experience and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you revisit scenes from your life related to abuse or other trauma, remember that you’re not reliving those moments—you’re simply reviewing them from a safe distance, as if watching them on a TV screen. You are safe. I’m here with you, guiding you and holding a secure space for you to express your emotions and heal. You’ll be okay.

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy® – every person is different:

- Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
- Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
- Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

What if I need or want another session?

RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to three sessions. Some clients want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life. For both these reasons I offer different packages.
